Hi, I’m Duane O’Hare, and alongside my wife Rebecca, we proudly run Arkus Industries—a third-generation, family-owned business based right here in Canberra.

For over 25 years, I’ve been immersed in the metal fabrication industry, learning the trade alongside my father at Still Standing Sheetmetal back in 2004. Together, we specialized in small to medium-scale residential and commercial projects, refining the skills and expertise that now define Arkus Industries.

In 2017, Rebecca joined the business, bringing fresh energy and a vision for growth. With her expertise, we expanded our capabilities, introducing Metal Roofing supplies to better serve residential builders and roofers. This milestone wasn’t just about growing our product range—it was about reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored metal solutions to our customers across industries.
